Typographic Terminologies: A Guide For Illustrators.

Our latest project was to create an initial four double page spreads (200mm x 200mm) explaining the official uses for exclamation marks, parentheses, quotation marks and ellipsis. We then had to create four more choosing our own four glyphs. We then had to make a book out of the final 8 spreads. I decided to create mine mostly by hand, using collage to create images that would symbolise type in a completely different and simple way that would appeal to illustrators.
