Recently I had the honor of exhibiting at the Arden and Anstruther Gallery as part of 'Last', the final exhibition there celebrating Paul Arden's life and his work with Kingston University. Rosie Palmer and I exhibited our photos taken on our £10 hitch hiking trip to Venice. We decided to use the fireplace and create a space inspired by the lorries we travelled in, aiming to recreate the claustrophobic nature of the trip. People would sit on the lorry seat and watch a film we created specially for the exhibition that featured photos, a commentary and videos of the lorry drivers.
The exhibition is still running so if you are in Petworth any time soon check it out.
